Growing in Unity 2023 - Day 5
I cannot believe that my week with Unity Stamp Company is coming to an end. I have enjoyed sharing things I have created, and I hope you have enjoyed seeing them. I also hope I have given you ideas to try or you’ve seen some stamps that are now on your must-have list!
Today the theme is "Variations on an Angie Girl" and I used the “Julie Girl” and “Anna Girl” stamps.
I used Julie Girl three ways (Julie Girl has the short hair). This stamp is near and dear to my heart as it is one of the first stamps that I ordered, and I am pretty sure my first of many Angie Girl stamps.
I love stamping up a pile of these and using watercolor or ink or colored pencils to make each one unique. I used valentine sentiments inside the pink one (featured above, left) and Tim Holtz snarky strips for the cards featured at the end of this post.
Anna Girl was colored with pencils and the card has metallic threads and paper doily to give it a little extra texture. I left the inside blank to add a sentiment later or just send a note to someone special.
I hope you’ve enjoyed all my projects featured this week. If you’re just joining me on day 5, there are 4 other days on my blog, plus other fun content, too. I hope you will continue to follow me here on my blog, and checkout some of the custom art projects, cards and gifts I can create for you through my online shop.
Until next time, stay happy!
